Great product. I am getting ready to order a second one for the team. All my pitchers use it after coming out of the game and say they experience no soreness the day after pitching.

My son has used this several times and he loves it. Fits well, he can move around even when the pack is in place. Great buy for the money. I would recommend this product and would purchase it again if needed.

Pros: Stays cold for a long period of time. Takes less time than using an ice bag- can ice the elbo and shoulder at time. Fits well. Compact enough to fit in freezer

I love the product, does a great job... Doesn't freeze up to the extent that it's difficult to use the 2nd, 3rd or 4th time. I'd recommend for any young pitcher.

Cons: At first needed help with getting it on, but after a short time ,I was able to put ice pack on by myself.

Pros: This ice pack combo, hits all the key areas: shoulder and elbow area. I highly recommend this product sure beats strapping the frozen peas to arm and elbow area.
