Infielders PaddleInstead of using your glove make a paddle of wood or you can buy a special paddle glove and take some ground balls with it. Use your top hand to trap the ball on the paddle. Once you get good at it, take infield with it. This is a great drill for infielders who need to practice using their top hand. |
