Mizuno Maple Composite MZC271 Wood Baseball Bat Reviews

My Mizuno composite MZC271 felt like a dream. Once I picked it up, it just felt right. The honeymoon lasted one batting practice. I hit one ball off the end 1/3 of the bat and it almost split in half. The bat has a great feel but has no forgiveness when missing the sweet spot.

Pros: Great balance and taper.

Cons: Weak handle.

Bat has a great sweet spot, but breaks easily if you hit a pitch off the top end or tip of the bat. Handle is strong and the weak spot it the tip of bat.
