My husband and I agree that this type of chest protection is mandatory if our child pitches. Although tag says machine washable,I hand wash it & hang dry. It is worn under the uniform shirt entire game. It is comfortable & discreet. My child tried on several heartguard shirts & thought this was best. Pair this shirt with a mouthguard and it provides safer fun for child and peace of mind for parents! Pros: Comfortable, well made, my 10 yr. old child wears without complaining Cons: Keep in mind it is a compression shirt and fits snug. Bottom Line: I would recommend to a friend |
